Om Gan Ganpataye Namah

I like this form of GOD (right side) because,for the  first time He does not care for a perfect body to portray..It gives a lot of solace to many human beings who hate to exercise and keep the good shape (No doubt  keeping good shape is a good thing to achieve actually.).More over, He is too witty to be outsmarted by any one, even by his parents..

Coming to the point ,I have created this blog to outline my life's experiences in a foreign country called Oman.(only an ocean's away from our land mass called India)

As a natural late-starter, I am beginning to write now after settling down for last 8 months.I will complete one year of stay by this December 2014.Recently our odiya community conducted the Ganesh Chaturthee at Gulfaar club near Azaiba Beach on 29th Aug 2014..It was quite a good gathering though less in number than the odiya gettogether of Utkal Divas on 1st April this year.Later on we went to our Boss's house to listen the best told stories(in India from the time immemorial) of Narayana  in the form of the Great Satyanarayan katha in the evening.

Muscat is a very peaceful   and beautiful city, though it lacks the some greenery of the subcontinent.Allah(the same GOD in different name only ,left side of the pictures, best felt when you meditate within) has gifted the inhabitants (Ibadi tribes of Muslim ) a land contoured by the Arabian sea along with the Gulf of Oman  in one side and  ceremoniously protected by the mountain ranges in the other-side.One disclaimer : I am not a geographer ,I write what I see.. So, correctness is limited to the extent of vision ,God forbid if that is hundred percent right!!!

You must be surprised to see both the religions inside of the blog.. It is because, I am greatly concerned about the future of young minds in current times .Our responsibilities to show the next generations the good things about the religion and abhor the bad things(unconsientious) instantly. Otherwise it will be going to end us in near future in the name of religion which was basically a faith structure and nothing else for the same better future of human race.
